3. Limited License to Users

4.1 Ownership by Users
Users retain ownership of any original content they submit, post, or share on the platform, including contributions to discussions, written responses, and uploaded materials. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4.2 License Granted to GameBetaLab
By submitting content to the platform, you grant GameBetaLab a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the platform. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the platform and terminates when the content is permanently removed.
4.3 Prohibited Submissions
Users must not submit any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. 5.1 Reporting Infringement

5.2 Counter-Notices
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to GameBetaLab. A counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your physical or electronic signature.
5.3 Repeat Infringers
GameBetaLab reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may reference, link to, or incorporate content from third-party sources for educational purposes. Such references do not imply ownership of that content by GameBetaLab, nor do they constitute an endorsement of the third-party source. Users are responsible for complying with the intellectual property terms of any third-party content they access through or in connection with the platform.
7. Confidential Course Materials
Certain materials distributed through the platform, including seminar recordings, proprietary frameworks, and structured learning resources, may be designated as confidential or proprietary. 8. Enforcement
